Soul Wars or Rock Crabs

Alright, so I'm planning on getting 75 Attack and Range on an account of mine, and I'm trying to decide whether to use Soul Wars or Rock Crabs. Currently it's at 47 Attack and 60 Range. I'm trying to keep the Combat level as low as possible (77 at the moment). It's combat is Magic based so leveling either won't affect the it, unless I level Constitution, of course. Which method is the fastest?

 

Rock crabs all the way

 

Spending zeals is extremely inefficient until about level 70 in any stat. If less than 70, you can get much faster exp using traditional combat.

 

If you absolutely don't want to level Constitution, go to Soul Wars.

If you don't mind leveling Constitution, go to Rock Crabs.

At rock crabs, you'll get much more XP/hr than with Soul Wars.

 

Soul Wars if you want low hp meaning a lower combat

Rock Crabs if you want the hp to level naturally.
