Jagex not able to visit sythe?

Sorry for any inconvience. i am new to sythe.
i came across a post where someone had said that jagex are unable to view or join this community. if they do they will break the ToS...


I was just wondering if someone could explain this to me. sorry again, i am new here and im trying to understand.

No they're not. It's in the terms of service when you first sign up.

 

so what does that mean? if they sign up and say they are not a jagex employee when they are, sythe can take legal action?
