Is my paypal being unverified a bad thing?

I don't have access to a credit card that wont get me arrested.
I finally caved and made a paypal because that's all that people sell accounts I need for anymore.

But...I can't use a credit card to verify it.


Does that make a large difference?

 

I believe you can't get money off the account then. can anyone verify that though?

Well you can make an Australian account where you can send and receive money but you can never collect. I would not mind showing you how.

 

A Canadian account would also work to send and receive money
