Jagex locks my accounts - HELP

Hey guys.

2 Days ago. I woke up and tried to login in my gold selling accounts.
For some reason jagex locked my all three accounts from which i do buying and selling.

I am the orignal Owner. I am providing them some info from my mailbox which i remember with the current password of the account as well as the bank pin.

I don't actually remember initial password when the accounts was created.
I am so pissed now, As i have 200-300M 07 on these accounts.

Is anyone can help me in this situation.

 

What did they say when you tried to unlock it with all of your original information?

 

Request denied.
Need additional information like creation details, Transaction details.
I purchased memberships on these with bonds. but they're not accepting that.

 

Around a year or so ago when my accounts got locked, I tweeted Jagex support and they were much more helpful than Jagex's automatic recovery system. Give them a try, and give them your usernames.

I tryed the emailing them.
But they said that, they cannot help if you're requests are getting denied.

 

The Jagex twitter support team is much more helpful than what you're trying to do. I would highly recommend trying them out because they've helped me when regular support wouldn't.

They're not helping at all.

Told me the same that look at why it denied and recover it again.
I did that 3-4 times.

 

Do an actual recovery. My account got locked like 2 weeks ago. I went on the game, and clicked forgot my password. It then opens up the page where you have to do the full recovery. Recover your account with all the information, and runescape will get back to you via email. It will contain a change password link. Change your password, and happy gaming!

That doesn't work, get in contact with them via twitter or Reddit.

 

I tried that like 5-6 times
Every time my request gets denied.
I contacted them on twitter but they're not helping at all.

 

Try Changing up information, maybe give an IP or two. How did you buy membership on the account?
(Same thing happened to me, took me 5 trys)

 

I bought membership using bonds back in 2014.
5 bonds for 3 months membership.

 

Did you put that information in there?

Yes i put that in other details as there is no option show bonds as membership.
I also provided my other account rsn's and IP address city country etc. still denied!

 

Your accounts are perm locked, this happened to me 1 or 2 years ago (its similar to a ban) you can give them all correct informations, they still won't unlock it.

Could be hardware blacklisted.

Try creating a fresh acc on the device/vps you used to use those accounts on. Put a small amount of gold on them from another IP and device and see what happens.

Then create fresh accs on a different device/vps and put a small amount of gold on those too.

If your old device/vps accs get locked then it's definitely a hardware ban.

 

If it was a hardware ban then they should ban my other 2 accounts which i access regularly.
But only 3 of them get this.

 

Would be best to use a VPS per mule then man. I know it's more unwanted investments. But We use 1 VPS per mule, and also have a set of mules for each day of the week and have had a huge reduction in rwt bans, manual bans, and locks.

We also use different email domains. Eg a mix between, hotmail, yahoo, yandex, gmail.
