Legit or botted?
If botted train 40 attack 60str at cows 10kexp/hr(bank hides 40-50k gp/hr).
Or train at minotaurs at either a loss/no profit.
Then move on to hobgoblins(50k/hr gp and decent combat exp).

 

100% Hand Trained.
I was thinking Terrorist Warriors would be the best in Al'Iraq or whatever it is called, because you can by the kebabs.

 

I'd do the Warriors in al'karid to train, and for money try and mine rune ess.
