ive been hacked, plz help if you can =[

ok, ive been playin runescape 3 or 4 years.. and this morning i was on my accout no problem. but just a lil while ago, i tried logging on and my pass and recoveries were changed. i was close to woodcutting and firemaking skillcape too :'(

i would seriously appreciate anyone that can assist me in the return of my account. thank you for your time

 

Go to Runescape.com, go to "Account Management" then click "Recover a Lost Password" Then click "Recover STOLEN" enter everything as much as possible, enter your previous passwords in order from old to most recent. Then file the claim, it should be accepted or denied in a few hours, hopefully accepted. I recovered an account of mine stolen a year ago using this method, MSN me at [email protected] if you need more help Best of luck!

 

runemaster545 is right but if u really want u can call them probably and tell them all your old info and they can check if its true. dont do if its like lvl 5 tho

 

If he got your Recovs, it problay means either:
1. You are keylogged, scan your computer.
2. Your IRL friend, scammed you.

Send in a request as Runemaster said, it will problay get accepted because Jagex looks at your IP address, and if you have had the same one for 4 years, they will problay get your account back. Good Luck.

but heres the thing about all the IP stuff.. 1. ive moved ALOT in the past 4 years. 2. for the past few days ive been on my neighbors computer.

will any of that matter?? and i had a bank pin, will that help me any?
