Jagex deleting Banned accounts?

    Jagex deleting Banned accounts?
    they dont delete accounts but my friend cant log into his 99 herb account on 07 they changed his name to random #'s and letters and he cant login at all he doesn't get a message saying he is ban or anything idk its weird.

    yeah im worried then because i got 3b sitting on a banned acc

    i have seen incidents like this on tribot aswell, about people having their accounts deleted.
