JAGEX'S RUNESCAPE RULES:
YOU MAY train skills or do quests
YOU WILL BE FORCED to answer to random events multiple times a day, just incase you're an autoer.
YOU MUST COMPLY, you won't be returned to whatever you were doing before until you do.
YOU WILL NOT help friends by giving them items or money over the value of 3k.
YOU WILL NOT PK anymore, even though it's been an integral part of Runescape since the game started.
YOU WILL NOT be allowed to dictate prices...Jagex WILL control everything, NO exceptions.
YOU WILL NOT be allowed freedom of speech. Jagex are ALWAYS right and NEVER make mistakes.
YOU MAY also use the game as a chatroom, as it serves little purpose anymore.
