10hp defense pure

aside from the few quests / diaries / event lamps. Is there a way to obtain def xp without getting hitpoints?

EDIT: You can allways do museum cleaning for exp lamps. Thats like 2-4k exp in a hour. Thats how skillers get their slayer high too.

 

Lamps seem indeed the way, museum/random events are your best choice.
Personally I have always been attracted to make a 10hp ironman pure but I have to plan that out properly first.
