Yes you are correct. I made a thread, and I don't feel like making another one and having to wait a whole 12 hours for it to be approved, as I have no way of responding to it.

I'm simply making an account to try to sort my ban out without having to wait 5 or 6 hours for every response to get approved. What's going on then, so am I staying banned because of somebody else who used the same proxy as me?

 

The proper process it to wait. That is what everyone else does. Stop making accounts please.
