Unfortunately I've deleted the authenticator app from an old mobile phone and no longer have access to my account. I haven't logged into Sythe in a very long time. (~2-3 years)

- I've donated atleast $100+ in the past (this was many years ago, I no longer have access to the exact dates/times, the paypal email which I would have paid from was [redacted]
-My Skype would have been [redacted]
- I was a moderator here for a few months probably 10-11 years ago, also an OMM (I believe this expired due to inactivity).
- I've recently started back up with Old RS and brought back to me the nostalgia of Sythe forums from so long ago.
- My IP address would have changed somewhat since last use [redacted]
- I was quite trusted on Sythe, I used to own a RS Gold thread, ex-mod, "mudkip", quite active in Spam forum/IRC back in the day.
- If you have access to private messages - there could be an old one there from someone called Tyro (sam) - ex mod/admin letting me know that my OMM expired due to inactivity.
- I'm not sure what else I can provide.

I appreciate your assistance in this, if there's anything else I can do to verify the account is actually mine please let me know.

Unfortunately there isn't much information on your account that could help me identify you as we need at least two of the following to remove your 2FA:

[*]Recovery phone number*
[*]Current email address
[*]Skype/Discord used in the past or present**
[*]If you have donated directly through PayPal;

• Transaction date and amount
• PayPal email

• You have no home IP match.
• There is no registered recovery phone number.
• Email and previous skype: **Third party account access (such as email and Skype/Discord) are not substantial verification methods - the whole point of registering 2FA to your account is to have EXTRA security past regular recovery methods.
• You do not have the exact date or proof of donation.

I'd recommend having a reputable user(s) confirm your identity. Have them contact me on discord or through Sythe:

I have found some old paypal details which would verify a donation to Sythe of $50. (Although in total I donated more, this would have been through a different method so I don't have details for those transactions)

hamjamk was my old username before it was changed after I became a moderator.

I've messaged Hahanerd on Discord (not sure if he'll get around to messaging Gen)
I can't get hold of Tmoe, does anyone have his discord ID? (he sold me a Runescape account many years ago and I could verify this with him)
These are the only 2 guys that I recognise.

Just to confirm the paypal email address from which the donations were sent from were [redacted]. Not sure if I already said this.

I've DM'ed both Hahanerd and Tmoe on Discord, hopefully they'll message admin and confirm who I am.

 

I've spoken to Hahanerd and he confirmed your identity on discord via talking to you and a photograph.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
