[Impostor scammed]

Hi, so I wasn't a member of this forum until after I was scammed but I found his post and Skype (from this website)

So I enquired about a 1 def 1 prayer fire cape for my obby, I decided to go first and he ended up not completing the task and liquidated my bank (took roughly 220m)
This includes the payment of 175m BUT he never completed the cape.

I have proof of all the Skype messages and his sythe profile showing this Skype account

What lead me to believe he was legit was $200 donation to your forum and
His profile has many many vouches for this type of transaction

I would like this to resolved some how so it doesn't happen to anyone else

Username on sythe: steroidperm
Username on Skype: rosrev

Sorry if this isn't the right way to start this topic, I didn't want it to destroy this guy's reputation without going down the right Avenues first....

I have the rest of the conversation but it's just talking about prices for different range levels and me asking if it's any cheaper for different things

 

Sorry if the photos are not in the right order I'm on my mobile and have no access to a computer for the next couple of days

Also i would be happy to drop it, if he gets the cape and returns what he wasn't meant to take

Or the complete amount in cash is returned and I go to someone else

But I know either of those things will most likely not happen, so it's a great warning so this doesn't happen to anyone else

 

@7 foot deep - Your first photo shows you speaking to the Skype 'steroidperm', not 'rosrev'. You can change your display name on Skype, but not the actual username.

So I checked and your right, I got scammed by an imposter... Since I have found the right guy and sent an apology and let him know I made this post, so feel free to delete this.

I'll just have to cut my losses as I can't find any other details on him with what I can find on his Skype page

From now I'm just going to be diligent ASF

5.) Always right click skype profiles to see their actual skype name and not just their display name(which can be changed)
