Explain the service: User approached me on the 02/22/2019 asking me to do questing service for him. He asked me to get him barrows gloves which required 123 eps with the completion of RFD. The agreed amount was 110m paid in incerments - for every 10% service that I do, he pays 10% of the total, which means 11M for every 12 qps that I get. At first everything was just fine, I done some questing and he paid on time, I started trusting him so I kept questing knowing that he will just pay the amount that will be owed. At some point he got cleaned at duel arena and kept telling me that he will pay the amount due of almost 16m (got him total of 50 quest points and he paid 30m for that while the payment is supposed to be almost 46m). He just kept telling me that he will pay up blah blah blah, started to be a lot less communicative on disc. He told me this week that he will have everything ready on Friday which sadly already passed. tried to hit him up but he just ignored me on discord (I know because I can see he was online on sythe on Friday). I don't think this guy is a scammer, I just think he got cleaned at duel arena and doesn't think that keeping a deal is an important thing to do. I do not wish him banned, I do wish to get my payment that is due and would suggest to have him TWC since it's not the first time he gets services and gets cleaned and not being able to go through (I will post a link to an example later in this report)
