Jack Goff Dispute [Zerkerfist?]

Originally this was posted by Gtdarkpunisher, where Zerkerfist handled it. I presented all my evidence to him that my assistant's skype was hacked prior to the post and he seemed pretty optimistic about it. At the time though, the links did not work so it was denied due to "not enough evidence".

Now Punjabi has re-reported now that the links work.

I won't defend myself against all of the stuff that I've already talked to Zerkerfist about - he saved the chatlogs etc just in case this happened so get in contact with him, have him post the chatlogs here.

I will however defend against what was said that was new.

Yes Punjabi alerted me about the report. So what? I was alerted and then alerted by zerkerfist that he would be handling the report, so I got into contact with him ASAP.

I let my assistant continue to work as I knew no one was at any risk, that he was being framed. Vouches he's obtained such as this one http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11262572#post11262572 which include him being trusted on an account with 850m show that he is no risk.

I'll await zerkerfist's contribution.

 

I will throw my two cents in that if your partner was doing malicious things and you knew. Ban warranted. If not then Ill support an unban.
