Now why Would I say such things unless Im talking about a game I played a long time ago?

A list of scammers, I assume from the new hydrascape(this is a guess idk where its from).

If that turns out to be true, I have the fournate ability of being able to take a staff in with me into hydrascape and speak to the owner(danny, the owner of the old hydrascape) and he can confirm my home Ip has indeed never played the new hydrascape .


What happens is, my name opens doors on rsps, lalapo knows this, my rsps buyers/sellers know this, topdog77 is a name on rsps that opens doors for people because I've been around such a long time, you may ask anyone in the rsps community(dave may even know this), people taking known users names from other rsps is VERY common.

And as I said, Should I need to prove that I dont come from Hydrascape 634(the new 1), Im happy to take a staff in-game and see if we can get Danny to check my home ip and make sure no accounts are from it .




Also- I know Jack you may not have exp in RSPS so this:

May seem quite foreign, but I can have 10+ sythe rsps users vouch that things like this are VERY common on Rsps back in the 2011-2012 era.

More information:

I think that I should try to explain Rsps compared to other markets as clearly as possible because its a difficult industry and very different in terms of what goes on.

Let me just stress this one point so you understand Jack:

Rsps are tightly knit groups of people(especially towards staff), and almost everyone knows everyone whos anyone on a specific rsps.


On spawnscape I was top of the chain, heres a little evidence of that:

"mr trusted" from a random in spawnscape, just speaks how much reputation My account had at that point.


Now I want to make sure you understand this because this is CRITICAL:

Rsps are not like sythe/runescape or any other market, each Rsps has its own diff set of rules and standards.

Spawnscapes rules stood that if you did a dicing scam you had several options:

-Dont repay/perm scam=ip ban

-Repayment without ban

-Repayment with Ban


Clearly me being me, I chose the repayment without ban(my account topdog77 is "earned trusted" as shown in the video which is a huge deal.

Staff let me continue to play but any tips I got for mming(all earned trusteds MMed pots for tips), had to go towards repaying that guy.


That scam was dealt with and paid off YEARS AND YEARS AGO.


That video is from 2012, that thing is ANCIENT.


The only suggestion I have is try to hunt down spawnscape players that might remb this/confirm I was never banned for that scam.


The problem is, I dont know where to find any of them remotely, its been years.

But yh, "mr.trusted", "earned trusted" rank, and 100+ sythe rsps vouches should indicate no-one has lost any gold/items to me ;p.

I'd also like to point out that for a scenario that happened over 3 years ago that was a pretty quick ban hammer considering my very strong reputation in rsps on sythe.


I mean shesh, What happend to innocent until proven guility?


At least give me a chance to explain that its already been repaid and dealt with.


Someone digging up 3 year old dirt of a scam on a 250 player rsps 3 years ago that shows nothing of what happens afterwards is a bit of a jump of the gun in my opinion.


Shesh, You'd think I scammed the dude $5000 for the instant ban reaction that I got, at least have the common courtesy like drento/video and PM me and give the chance for a response.


Now I have to go through this entire freaking miserable dispute process AGAIN.


IS IT THAT HARD TO PM SOMEONE AND ASK ABOUT SOMETHING? ITS NOT LIKE I WAS SCAM QUITTING HERE, HE POSTED A VIDEO FROM 3 FREAKING YEARS AGO!

 

I don't care if you were the pope, evidence was there of a scam so I banned you.

You've admitted to scamming in the past and off-site scamming is still considered here on sythe.org so you will have to pardon for that offense. You will also need to show proof of repaying the victim.

Before that however, please post evidence showing Bus was hacked prior to the scam & we can determine if you're liable for that too or not

No such proof exists, and unless someone PROVES that a scam was not dealt with back then im innocent until proven guility.


user A scams user B on powerbot-> Powerbot mod states that User A must repay User B or be banned.


User A repays User B-> User A is now in the clear


That's not off-site scamming bud, and spawnscape isnt even a site to start, its a rsps game.

As for the bus369 hack, I stated in the skype conversation to that guy that bus was directly hacked with no for-knowledge that he was going to report me.


Clearly its the truth considering I had no bloody clue who the guy was or what was going to happen.


I should not need to provide proof for bus369 being hacked and none exists.



Spawnscape is 3 years old, its domain was put up for sale, its files and everything related to it are gone.


Its physically IMPOSSIBLE to prove myself GUILITY or INNOCENT, because quite frankly your relying on whoevers word you decide to take.


The only evidence against me is a 3 year old scam video from a medium sized rsps which was already dealt with on that game, I was never banned, or punished, its not off-site scamming.


Happens all the time on Rsps, ask someone about the industry before shooting me down please.


And P.S- You know aswell as I that no proof will ever be obtainable to prove guilty or Innocence because everything has been WIPED CLEAN, even the sites exact domain was sold off and is under use by someone else.

I asked Drento what to do and I would like to request Roary or r2pleasent comes and handles my case or chimes in on it as Drento put.


I feel that Jack Goff does not properly understand the circumstances(not any insult to you but your not in the industry) and I would like either roary or has exp everywhere, or r2pleasent who has exp in RSPS to come and handle/chime in on the case.


I would of requested dave but he's away for a week.


I hope you dont take it as an insult, Im just trying to get through to you that your talking very very diff industrys here then any other market u've ever seen.

Rsps close and open everyday, there's been more then 250,000 RSPS in the past 5 years alone.


I just want someone who knows how rsps work/their flow/how things are handled to sit down and hopefully help you understand where some of my irritation is coming from when someone who does not know how the industry operates is handling my case.

 

Regardless if it were paid back or not the scam still occurred. It is off-site scamming.

You aren't innocent til proven guilty as there is evidence proving your guilt but none proving repayment. All we have is your word that you've repaid but we have actual proof that your accounts scammed users and you admitting to scamming once. You're going to have to post a pardon regardless for that in itself.

If I understand what Sellerman is trying to say correctly, he's essentially saying that if it took place in-game(the scam) its not relevant?


I looked more into this and realized the way the rules are written he's 100% correct:

I didnt realize this until sellerman's comment made me dig into this, the entire ban is techniquly in the wrong, I was prepared to argue that I did pay him back and that it took place in-game but after reading through the rules and sellerman's comment(If I understand it correctly) the entire ban is misplaced.


The only way I could see this able to stand in the eyes of the rules is if you could connect it to spawnscapes site somehow from 3 years ago.


Which I know wont happen because I never had a report or was banned on spawnscape for that scam ;o.


Please leave ur response because Im pretty sure Im interpreting the rules and sellerman's comment correctly.

^ Not sure where that came from, I've never even HAD A SCAM REPORT, against me in my time at sythe.


Im certainly not a scammer and I most certainly have not admitted to any form of scamming ever, I've never had a scam related issue until this one.


I would also like to point out 1 last thing:

I think that a perm ban from sythe that requires a pardon for a 2012 video from a tiny rsps that was already dealt with in-game that is unprovable by me is a little harsh.

I've shown myself a VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY trusted RSPS member on sythe, with over 500+ rsps trades in the past week after returning from my ban and holding over $1500 in gold on Ikov alone at some points from my suppliers.


Not to mention the 100+ sum rsps vouches I've gotton aswell.

I dont think I need to mention any of this due to my last post, but I will anyway for it to be considered.

I think that you should take a look at how much wealth I've held the past week alone after my 1 month ban on RSPS and then look at a 2012 scamming video on a tiny rsps and seriously ask urself if I would be lying about that being dealt with 3 YEARS AGO.


I went through my rsps vouches of late and realized I've bought/sold nearly $2,500-$5,000 worth of gold back and forth between rsps.
