Help!!!

I've been working on a p-server for about a day now, its almost ready to go up, In fact it is! Only i cant figure out how....

So I've got no-ip up, then i run the server.. but then i can only get in through the ip of 127.0.0.1 instead of pwnzerscape.no-ip.org. I'm not sure what i did wrong but heres some more info.

Port Forward:
Start is 43594
End is 43594
TCP and UDP
And it's enabled
[Edit] You get mod pos. instantly if you help me
If anyone can help Get on msn and tell me what to do

Admins:Me, 1gladiator60(known irl), and 1Dub
Mods: None yet, you can apply when server gets up

help him or i will kill you!! lol jk but he has a router i believe so any ideas about that??
