heartless child is a scammer!

this guy is known as ice which got ban for scamming and flamming threads... and his freind aznmagical helped haert scam by giving a vouch... when he probaly didnt do anything..

if you dont belive me look at all the people saying hes a scammer!

I know a lot of people are calling him a scammer, but as he has not scammed, there is nothing we can do as of yet. Someone should provide adequate proof if they want him banned.
