Ivy is probably the fastest xp out there at the moment in my opinion. Go to Varrock and chop. You won't regret it.

yvis? I prefer ivys, lol. That's what I botted my skiller to 99 one, but that's just me.

+1 to Ivy, it's slightly faster than willows.

Powerleveling willows at 90+ WC is 40-45k/hr with dragon axe
Powerleveling ivy at 90+ WC is 70-80k/hr with dragon axe

I'd say it's much better than a slight speed increase.

Keep in mind, those are just the numbers I got from my own experience botting and dropping logs. It may vary.
