banned for being a ban evader

First of all sorry for my english, my main language is spanish.
Hello guys like 2 weeks ago i've got banned again for "ban evade" here is the report http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1777833-jabux21.html, well this is the true, like 1 year ago i've got banned on my main account "jaba18" the reason is awhile ago a guy scammed me so just for scare him i've said i will ddos you (It was a joke, i don't even know how to ddos), so i got banned on my main account after show proof of the scam, i know i should be banned for threat ddos but it was a joke only for scare the scammer, i'm the victim here i'm the one who got scammed, so i've only tried to scare the guy to get my items back, i'm not scammer or a ddoser, i'm just a legit guy just wanted use this site for sell or buy items, but after i've got scammed i just said that joke for scare the guy, already been 1 year banned, i don't see any reason for keep me banned since it was a simply joke and i've never got banned again for scamming or something, only for this ban evade from a old joke, as you can see on the report i'm a legit guy you can see my feedback on powerbot, i'm not here for scam anyone, i'm here just for do legit trades, like you can see i'm the guy who got scammed here...

I'm so sorry about the joke, but i wish you can understand that i just was mad because i've got scammed, but i never tried ddos none, i don't even know how. They just was a few mad words, i wish us can give me a second chance.
