I've Been hacked. - Audax

I had my account hacked for awhile, but never had the time to correctly dispute it. Hard to know when someone reply, because there is no notification. You just have to check back with the site and I had forgot to do so. So this is my second time trying to dispute my account, did not know what happened to the older thread because it been some months. Anyways:

1. Post from your normal, home IP address. (Current IP)
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account. (removed)
3. If you have a recovery code, please provide that. (No recovery code)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected
