Spazz - Attempt of scamming (Tricky)

Briefly explain the trade: trade of 40M for $40.00 USD
How they scammed: More of an attempt to scam, as I did not fall for the scam.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Pic of verified PM and MSN chat.

Now to clear up the trickyness of this mess. I was not scammed because I did not fall for his attempt. He PM'ed me on sythe to confirm it was him which he did, I asked him to pm me his email. He did. Yet he pmed me his email which was stolen [proof in pics] and when I asked him to PM me the email he was using he wouldnt.

So all in all I confirmed it was him by PM, he wouldnt state the email he was using though in his PM's, but he pm'ed me his stolen one. He was going to get away with the trade due to the pm he sent me confirming it was him and a email he would not confirm on sythe.org that he was using. Then he logs out when I ask him to PM me valid proof of the trade.

Now all his forums, threads and everything say spazz_hotmail.com, why would he pm me his stolen email. It makes no sense.. It's up the moderators but I do beleive if not a Ban he should receive a "Trade With Caution" because as u see he was in a attempt to scam me..
