Just a question about an account recovery.

Hi, not 100% sure where this should be posted but someone bought an account from me and is now asking for me to recover it, it got locked it seems. Should a message from his skype and sythe be enough to start the recovery process? I'm just not looking to get caught up in some skype/sythe hacking where I recover the account to the wrong person, thanks.

 

Hey guys, account got locked it seems, won huge at the duel arena and then it says "Someone seemed to hijack your account so we ahve locked it."

I tried to recover it with the recovery process, but got denied 3 times, tried it with the original email and the one I transferred the account two. Both got denied. Just unsure.

 

In this case, bryder has 2fa so he's not hacked. In other cases, it's enough to just give your buyer the new password and only the real buyer would know the username but you can do some things like ask questions about their payment info to you and such that only they would be able to know.
