iTzSantanA - Chargeback/Framing/Scamming report

Hello Sythe, it has come to my attention that a past customer of mine, iTzSantanA has charged back a payment he has sent to me (On July 8th, 2012) and is now trying to frame me. He provides no proof that I have accessed the account I sold him and has now had the audacity to charge back the money AND frame me for scamming.

Why did you delete him on Skype?

 

I delete most customers I have on skype, my friends list tends to get pretty large from offers/questions/purchases by upgrades and account customers.

 

And why did you ignore his requests to add you back?

 

I don't accept friend requests on Skype/MSN without a PM on Sythe first for safety precautions. And also since I've had him deleted for a while now, I had no idea it was him. The friend requests that were also sent to me were the default skype message of "Hi, etc. etc." No indication of urgency or such.

 

Can you report the PM that you got when you first were in contact with him then?

 

If there is a way you can check my deleted PMs, there should be a confirming PM in my inbox from around july 6-8.

 

Not enough proof of him "framing" you, as for the dispute on PayPal - PayPal authorities will handle that themselves.

Seeing as you've conveniently deleted him off Skype, deleted PMs that back up what you're saying, and ignored his Skype requests, you'll receive a Trade with Caution rank.
