Banned for selling accounts that a scammer sold me

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I bought these accounts off of someone that scammed me. I bought around 6 or 7 accounts from the guy & he recovered a majority of them so I made this scam report ( xavierwoods scammer) He was banned. That was April 20th, almost 6 months ago. I assumed he would recover the two accounts I was selling when he recovered the other accounts but he hasn't. I also have another account that I'm not selling that he sold me that he never recovered. It's been close to 6 months so I was confident in selling the accounts, knowing he's probably unable to recover these accounts. I know that I assume the risk of having to pay people back that buy the accounts in the event that these accounts get recovered & I'm fine with that. I never scammed anyone & never would. I don't deserve this ban. I understand how this looks fishy but I'm not that guy. I bought these accounts fair & square.

CodecFitly - sythe account that was banned.

I was instructed to post proof of me buying the accounts from hellomotto. How am I supposed to do that when I never bought the account off of hellomotto. I bought it off of this guy xavierwoods scammer like I said in my previous thread.

That was nearly 6 months ago & I removed xavier off discord. I just tried adding him back to see if I could get to the chat logs but I'm guessing he deleted that discord or something because it's saying there's no one with that discord name.

I have no proof I bought the accounts off of him other than that scam report. He sold me 10 accounts & recovered a majority of them with the exception of like 3 or 4. I don't know if I have PM's on my Sythe account that is banned or not, I'm unable to check because I'm banned. Why didn't he recover these ones? I don't know. I should not be getting banned because I bought accounts off of someone (who in the end, ended up scamming me & getting banned) on your guys' website.

If it's against the rules to buy accounts from people who sell an account, recover it, get banned on sythe, then make another sythe account & sell it again to me, you guys need to do a better job at spotting proxy users & VPN users. I'm literally getting banned because some fuck head has been recovering his accounts & reselling them. How am I supposed to know that when I bought the accounts, they were previously sold to someone else. Now I'm getting shafted.

If there's anything I can do to help prove my innocence let me know because I can't be banned for this because I genuinely did nothing wrong. The first month I joined this site, I got scammed twice, now I'm getting banned for buying from a scammer when I didn't know. This is not my fault..

 

well when I go to add his account, this happens. If you look in the screenshot of my scam report on him, my message comes up as not delivered & is highlighted in red. Dude I bought these accounts. I am not him. Are you not able to check my home address & his home address...I don't use a VPN or proxy. I'm not that guy.
