    Slayer Skillcape. The boss guy requires 100 slayer level to attack, you weaken it to a lower slayer level. Operating Slayer cape = 100/99 slayer, tada

    I just did it for the hell of it since they were all strict about the NO CAPES thing. I'm going to smuggle in some other stuff like coins and alching stuff.
