We all started out there, dude, nothing new. Why not just ignore it? Why take it so serious? It's the internet.
And of course people will say "omg leecher" if you say "there is NO WAY I'm going first" or some shit like that.
I don't say you need to go first and get scammed all your first trades. I say that you should get a MM, so people know that you aren't scamming.
No, don't offer your own friend as MM.

    @ Ganzta-Freak - He obviously is posting pretty 'often' .. >.>

Just make sure that your vouches are legit, post count doesn't matter.

Lmao, you also gotta look at it from the highly trusted pin sellers point of view

Since I am one of the most trusted pin sellers on sythe, i'll tell you how we see it, I barley do it, because I give away free pins and shit from time to time, but yeah

A person comes along, just joined, 1 post, wanted to buy a pin, you may decide to add him, or you may just think he's a waste of time like the other 900 people who just added you to try and scamm you..
Anyway, then you do add him, you talk to him, talk about a price, and whatnot, then he starts going on for about 5-10 minutes about "Oh i'm new, i dont know if this is safe, i dont know wether or not i can trust you" and whatnot..

Where as when I trade with people the same status as me, I can either just go first, and make it a nice fast as possible trade, or they can go first, like, it's just alot to do with time saving, and 99% of the leachers on this forum are scammers..

How I got my first few vouches, I gave away 6 membership pins, I then had 6 vouches for free pins, then people start thinking

"Who is ganna scamm 1 pins worth, when he just gave out 6 pins"
So then eventually more and more people started trading with me

It can't be help. Think about it, why would anyone trust you if they don't know you (you are new to the area).
Yes, everyone begins somewhere. Try using middleman to begin with.

Yeah, I hate people like that. Your absolutely right. Some people have to start somewhere. Our job, the middle and more experienced, is our job to make your transition from a member to an ultimate active member easier. Taking all that aside, I also hate the fact that people think post count means experience. It obviously doesn't. Though, it does show some degree of activeness on the site. People can be assholes, but you'll find those all around the globe. Just trade and participate in a few threads and you'll be find while building reputation. One thing that always seems to strike me is that I see users with 20+ vouches, 400 posts and they try to scam me lol.
