iTrader - Marketplace Vouch System!

iTrader is a marketplace vouch system. It can only be used for marketing.

I believe if this is implemented, then the rules for it should be strictly for feedback, and not vouches.

I think this could work so that members can see if that user has any bad reputation from trading, and how many trades they've done instead of taking a risk of being scammed by taking their word for how many trades they've done.

 

I don't really get the idea... I just see a correct vouch and a vouch that is no vouch, but is just that someone likes the other and would trust him.

 

Because it's a list of their vouches, on their profile page.

Those were examples of what should be allowed, and what shouldn't be allowed in a vouch.

Pretty much, you get +1 feedback when you trade someone, and it counts your vouches.

Neutrals should be used for friendly vouches (no trade involved).

 

No I dont like this idea, because old vouches will be gone... and vouches can not be linked with sale thread.

 

Yes they can, why don't you look up the plugin for yourself?

People can still refer to their thread for vouches if needed, it's not a big deal.

This is the same thing used on MMOExchange.net

I like the trader system, it goes as follows:

You pick to choose negative,positive, or neutral feedback. You then leave a comment below of what you traded how it went etc. Also prior to this, the buyer must have to actually initiate the transaction with that person, and the seller must accept the transaction.

Not quite understanding the deal with this lol.

 

People could abuse it by leaving negative feedback or positive feedback that shouldn't warrant the trade (if there was one to even begin with). Alot of extra work for moderators imo.

Also, the thing I like about the current vouch system is, under each vouch you can give evidences, such as links/pics of your trade, which I don't know how it would fit in with the trader system which is mostly based on just commenting.

This isn't rep or thanks, this is a marketplace vouch system integrated with vBulletin, a veer nice plugin I should add.

 

The Rep/Thanks system refers to any sort of feedback system that is integrated into vB. It's on the DNS either because it can't be done without updating Sythe's version, or because it has more cons than pros.

 

Or you can go into the .php files and change the version compatibility, instead of you trying to act like you know everything, it had nothing to do with DNS.

 

If you want to give good suggestions, it's always a good start to read the list that says "THE DO NOT SUGGEST LIST." By doing so, you'll understand that any type of feedback system, other than current "vouch" system, is on there.
