iThreshBot Banned

I scammed member QxG on an account named "iThreshBot" for $10 USD.

Within that video you can see him flash the date,




So I went on PayPal looked back to January 29th, 2015. I found his PayPal name.




I've already attempted to add him back on Skype and I get no response, So I decided to send a $10 Payment to that PayPal address.




What I would love to happen is if all accounts that are connected to iThreshBot be deleted so I can have a fresh start. If that cant happen just do whatever you do
