Gunit8 - TWC/BAN!

Hello.
i'm reporting Gunit8 - link to profile - http://www.sythe.org/members/360869-gunit8.html

i'm reporting him, because i wanted to sell 300m for around 0.32/m or so, basically he agreed, but only via PP, as soon as i said 'you want to use PA'
because PP you can get chargebacked etc. (as i'm sure you all know)
whilst PA is quite safe, anyway, he just insta-logged.
I think hew should get atleast a TWC as i believe he was going to chargeback or something
