Adding Membership to a perm banned account

Simple question, Is it possible?

I have a very rare username on this perm banned account and I'm wanting to add membership, change username (which is possible while being banned), and 90 days later use that username for my main character.

Even if you try it will say the account is available, or something in that area.

 

whats the name out of intrest

 

Currently it says this account in not eligible for membership. I can use any payment method I need to.

I'm 98% sure you can't do it, just say the name, you will never get it

 

Their is no way you can get the name back...

 

It's a one letter username. I'm willing to pay someone if this is possible.

What do you mean there is no way to get the name back? I lost my original mains username after 3 months once I changed mine and someone else took it.

You'll have to get it unbanned first.

Or hope that they release old usernames from banned and inactive accounts out to the public again for use sometime soon.

Once again, I'm not releasing the name.
The appeal was denied so if there is any way to unban with the appeal denied I'm up for suggestions.

 

and i dont think you can even change your name to a 1 letter username anymore right?
