Half Full Wine Jug?

I'm sorry, but how did it get to the point that it's rare now? I mean it was rare before, but back then I could get a half full jug for all junk. Can someone tell me at what point and why it got rare all of a sudden?

 

Simple, every year they are becoming more and more extinct.

Seeing as people accidentally drink them and what not.

 

every item that becomes close to extinct is hard to get nowdays.

 

people who had them drink them... get their accounts banned... or lose it in some other way. this is what makes them sooo rare
