so i orded a account of iqvault and says you will get it in 1-24 hours but i didn't message the live chat they said i have to wait 3-7 days as the payment is pending on there end but its completed on my

I know this doesn't specifically add to the report but i had someone do a similar thing to me IRL for an Ipad. Said the payment was pending so wait 10 days, Turns out all they were doing was delaying time for 10 days so the payment would come out of pending then shut down there paypal account after withdrawing the funds, So if i was you I'd dispute the payment with paypal @jordin222 as the seller could just be delaying waiting for the funds to scam. Best of luck.
