[Impostor scammed]

So this guy is trusted and my friend told me to use him, last night I bought 50 bucks worth of Bitcoin and asked him for his address, he was pretty slow to respond and then sent me his address. I immediately sent him 47.00 in bitcoin which would come out to about 67M gp osrs, this was at 12:30 PM I didn’t hear from him, I messaged about 20 minutes later, and about an hour later I just asked to know what is going on, nothing.

Then today, no response, I messaged him again when I saw him on sythe and this time I got blocked on discord.

Capital S, you added the one with lowercase which is an impostor. Discord names are case-sensitive, so you should always copy/paste to add them. You also didn't request a sythe PM from @Searchy or check his Unique ID.

Sorry for your loss, it seems you were impostor scammed. Please go through the following to ensure it doesn't happen again:

1.) ALWAYS request a sythe PM before every trade to make sure you're talking to the correct person
2.) Discord Impostors almost always have nitro, which allows them to change their Discord Discrims (#) to copy those of legitimate users
3.) You did not check to verify the Discord UID of the person you were trading. It's very easy to check this yourself, simply turn on developer mode, right click and copy ID. Explained in this guide here: Discord PM Template
