PayPal Limited - Need Help

Hey guys,

I woke up this morning to figure out that my PayPal was limited and a lot of PM's from pissed off people.


How do I go about resolving this? I've already begun the resolution process but it will take at least a week before I can get all of the limitation review things done. I've already had many people say that they are reporting me and am worried about my account.

Also, one of the people I had traded with had their account limited as well.

How do I go about this so 1) All of the "held" transactions go to "completed" again and 2) So I don't get banned on here?

After your resolution steps have been complete paypal will review your account and they'll decide whether to lift your limitation or not. If you want to withdraw your balance to your bank account, It will take 180 days before you can do that.

Sad to say, my Paypal account has been limited for over 365 days and Paypal is doing nothing about it.

Well what you might need to so is upload some cash to your paypal account just incase anyone reported you for not recieving a payment anything like that so you can refund instantly if needed, if someone is trying to scam you as like you done a service or something for them and they paid you and now there trying to get it back PMa MOD about it.

 

Try and explain your situation (so we can actually help). Why were you limited? Too many chargebacks? Were you sending all gift/personal payments? Fake name? Large amounts of cash flowing? International customers from fraud countries?

 

I believe it was limited because I was sending too many gifts. PayPal says it's because of high risk activity.

My funds are being held for 180 days and other disputes are being closed and the money is being returned to me or the original owners (depending if I'm sending or receiving).

If you bought or sold to me: I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If you bought from me, PayPal is solving this and the money will be returned to me(hopefully). If you sold to me, it may appear as a chargeback but rest assured your money is on its way.

 

I traded with WNCaptain and my account has also been limited, I already refunded 240m to one seller that I bought gold from but I have others that I still need to refund or work something out with is there anything we could do to prevent a ban?

 

Ah. It's "high risk" because gifts are only supposed to be for real life friends, like a Christmas present, not a way to avoid fees. I would ask Paypal if they'd be willing to unlimit you and also prevent personal payments being received or sent by you. Also make sure that you're verified.

 

when you are verified paypal then they will take limit off when u call

i got limited when i was verified because i was a high risk person

now they are going to close my account

Just resolve it by giving the details they need.

 

guys he made a thread about him quitting and he still didnt pay me back, so please either a mod ban him or he has to pay me back.

 

In order to not be banned here, you should: Prove that you got your paypal verified & try to call paypal to be unlimit

 

i am sorry to say this but i have been down this avenue many times with paypal accounts, you have been told to wait 180 days to withdraw to your bank? i would assume that you are already banned/blacklisted from paypal for life.

also ringing paypal and telling them to refund all the people you sent money to is not an easy task, as they do not care, i rang them 7 times for one my paypal accounts asking them to return funds of over $1000 of payments back to the people, and eventually around 20 days later when the disputes ended only around $800 was returned to my sellers dispute my many hours of talking to them on the phone, and the other $200 i had to refund to them back in gold out of my own money while the rest of my money on paypal was froze for 6 months.


if your account is already fully verified and you have recieved this 180 day message you will probs find you are banned for life and your name blacklisted from paypal already.


i would also recommend you wait until these disputes automatically close before refunding anyone.

 

I had this issue i sent in a photo id i had from my school and a letter from my bank because i didn't have a credit card.

By Sent in i mean took a photo of it and sent it through there file share thing in the resolution centre
