    Issue projecting to 2nd monitor

Okay so my issue is, I can only fit about 4 runescape clients on my screen, and that's with them overlapping. My issue is that this is a 42 Inch TV, so it makes no sense why the clients appear so large.

Here is how the image appears on my 42" TV, Notice how they are overlapping and is no room for 2 more?

    Here are my resolution specs

What can I do to make the clients smaller?

    That makes it even smaller....
Guys please don't post unless you know what you are talking about please :S. Don't mean to be rude at all but I need this fixed asap and I'm offering a reward for who fixes it so my time should not be wasted.

the fact that the TV is 42 inches has nothing to do with how much you can fit on the display. If you want to fit more, you need a higher resolution. A 1920x1080p 10 inch monitor would fit just as many windows as one that's 42 inches. :)
Could I suggest running a virtual machine? Each VM would allow you to stack another 4 clients together. Im assuming you're just wanting to fit more so you can babysit bots, so run another set of them in a VM and you can switch between the two with a click :)

well regardless, your answer is resolution. And you could use a VM for playing on them all, too. Just require an extra click.

I don't see why not. It's literally just another window, there's no added latency or anything. But if you're so against it, you're only option is buying another monitor. 1440p, or 4k displays can be pretty expensive.

This is what you could do with 4k, lol.

My friend has a 1920x1080 and he can fit like 8 clients on his screen, so there's clearly an issue on my side and I'm asking for help on what.

no, no he doesn't. lol. If you're going to ask for help from someone who knows what they're talking about, don't ignore what they say. Try lowering your resolution, you'll have even less space. Hmmm, wonder what would happen if you had a higher resolution above 1080p? Idk.. Maybe more space????
Im running 1080p, and can fit 4 windows, while slightly overlapping one another. Either you're lying or your friend is.

If he does, I'll be baffled. He's most likely running a 1440p display. But if he really can, enlighten me.

What under dizzle said is correct. It has to do with your resolution, the only way to fit more would be to change the size of the clients themselves and then it'd be unplayable because it'd be too small or buy a higher resolution monitor (4k, but it'd be expensive..)

your friend DOES NOT fit 8 clients onto 1 1080p screen without changing the size of the clients.

you can also try scaling but again, it'd probably make the clients too small to actually play.

Screw you then. I was trying to help. I never guaranteed it would work. Sorry you spent that 30 seconds moving a slider.

if you have an NVidia card of any recent model 6xx 7xx or 9xx, you can enable DSR, which will render at a higher resolution and then scale down to your monitor resolution of 1080p. this will give you the screen real-estate of 4k, but without actually being 4k. Downside to this is that things will be much harder to read as everything will be 4 times smaller.
