Ryan was attempting to scam him, in the pms they agreed to 200M rs3. After the trade was accepted for 2 bonds, you can see Ryan's cash pile, which is 176k. This means that there is no way that Ryan could have completed the trade and this was an obvious scam. Before he tries to pull off the "I was going to trade it on a different account" I'd like to point out that Ryan has always been poor in game, and that's why he scams. It's just another case of a scammer getting scammed, so in this case both of them should be banned.

Very acute observation. As well, it looks like he wanted to snipe it. I'll give him 24 hours to talk the ban down to a TWC via pm. Leaving this open until completely resolved.
