NT1 off-site scammer

Yoloswag was scammed by a skype user who he thought was 'GoldenGates' on Osbot, when it wasn't that user. Instead it was a user who is already banned for scamming.
The Runescape name that Yoloswag was scammed by rang a bell, then today browsing the forums I noticed the sythe user 'NT1' so I thought i'd ask if he owned the RSN 'NT1' and he said he did. Which is basically a confession to scamming 15m from Yoloswag:



Yoloswag then sent him a message on Skype saying that he just confessed on Sythe and he then changed his story:

Kinda sketchy, if that doesn't warrant a ban it would be at least a TWC in my opinion.
