Isnake suspected scammer

Hi yesterday I was going to have Isnake pre-order a game for me the game is Call of Duty Ghosts on PS3. He said he pre-ordered it and is now expecting payment. So I check email and this is what it says. http://prntscr.com/1t8wzm He said he was paying via wallet on PSN to pre-order the game I check the wallet on my account to see if he has pre-ordered it. http://prntscr.com/1t8xd9 I do believe his is attempting to scam me with this since you can purchase the game later on by adding funds to your wallet suggested in the email that was sent to me. I have told him when the game should be downloaded if it is then I will pay him etc. But at the moment it looks as if he is attempting to scam me out of $60. I am simply requesting a TWC for him or someone to watch him don't want anyone getting scammed by this member.

Also I do have chat logs if they are needed but rather long but I am willing to show them if necessary.
