My sythe account does not work

I have had my password for sythe saved in my web browser since i registered. I signed up with a different email apparently so i cant get my password sent to me. It doesn't say i was banned or any infraction. I tried to manually type in my name and password but it says it is incorrect, i can go on my aim or msn to verify it is me.

I dont know why i cant get on?
