Better cash - Yews or Magic trees?

Which would be better cash at 85 woodcutting with a rune axe.
And can you tell me what place is the best. =]

 

Magic, You would need to cut like 3x as many yews as magic in an hour to make the same amount.

 

Yeah but cutting mages is slower. =/

 

Mike, I mean what would be faster cash p/h.
If anyone can make an average p/h for Magic Logs and Yew logs that'd be awesome.

 

its hard to say my lvl 77 wcer cuts faster than my lvl 89 wcer..

id say magics would be better overall but per / h all depends where you cut.

@ 85 w/ rune Axe Yews are ur best bet. Once Ur 90+ then Magics will take over .

 

I think I personally make more cash with yews using a rune axe at level 95. Mages are good if you afking a bit, since yews are up and down pretty fast. If you get a dragon hatchet, I would probably switch to mages.

 

Well, I can borrow one, maybe, but as I won't have the cash for a LONG time I guess I should stay with yews?

 

Is the closest bank the duel arenaa?

 

I would say yews mainly bc you have a rune axe, if you had a Dragon Axe, I would definitely say Magics.

im not sure on this one with a rune axe , im 87 and with a dragon axe i tend to find mages faster $$/h but then again i dont sell them. flech ftw =P

 

From my own experience ( I have 99 woodcutting ) I know for a FACT that yews are indeed the better solution for this. Even at 99 Woodcutting, with a Dragon Axe, the Yews are most definatly faster, and better money. I can easily get 3 yews before 1 Magic log. 3 Yews > 1 Magic log.

 

From what i know... Cutting Magic tree will definety give you more profit compare to Yews.

 

Cutting Magic trees will only give you more profit PER LOG. But Yew trees cut faster, and you can get 3 Yews to one Magic on average with my 99 Wcer, and 3 yews are more than one Magic.
