You can't charge back for intangible goods.

Only reasonable way would be by calling paypal customer service and explain to them you didn't do this transaction.

I know lying is bad, but sometimes you need to lie to get your way.
Unless you want to lose your money?

ROFLMAO, you can charge back for intangible goods, ITS THE NUMBER 1 WAY THAT PEOPLE ARE CHARGED BACK. Its impossible to prove delivery so its simple, say you never recieved what you paid for, you get your money back, that is unless he puts it in a bank account and takes it off his paypal account.

I was somewhat thinking "via versa"

I'm not sure how you work out your deals on this website, I just go by standard logic.

But either way you might be right about the "intangible charge backs"
Just because theirs no way to prove he/she received the item doesn't mean they deserve the money back or does it?

Thus the term "Intangible" because your taking your own risk when its up to a web based Commerce website, theirs no way to show proof.

Actually if you look into it you can view this from two different positions
(quite confusing myself on this subject)

    \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
    One from:
The buyer arguing he never received the item.

    or

    Two from:
The seller arguing he did receive the item
    \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

So if you were the "negotiator" it would be quite confusing and stressful on which side to take.
