Is this legal?

So I'm making a website/blog where I put up various music downloads of different musicians.

I'm not actually uploading anything I'm just spreading the link around.
What I do is I find the link and post it. Can this get me in trouble down the line?

I know people do it all the time but I don't want to be doing anything illegal that can get me screwed.

 

If your letting them download copyrighted music for free then yes, it's illegal.

 

as stated above, if its copyrighted, you can get f*cked.

If you find people who make their own music and ask for permission then it should be all good

 

Yeah, I wouldn't assume I can get away because I'm only providing links.. Better safe than sorry, ya know? Besides, people can torrent anything they want. Give a man some fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

Yes it is illegal, for the most part they won't care.
