Looking up cell number?

Can anyone look up a cell number for me? I want a name that's all.. I would much rather someone give me a site to do it with where I actually get a name instead of paying $20 or some shit like that..

I think it depends on how you are using it. If you are using it for remembering someones name, that's not too bad. But if you're using it for hunting someone down, that's a different story. Overall, I would say it is illegal, but there are different severity's.

 

It's not illegal period.. Normal stalking is only illegal when it's criminal harassment or criminal menace, but cyberstalking is blurred.

Well this didn't help really as it just found coordinates..

This person just keeps texting me saying they know me.. just doing little bit of low level stalking.. they do live near me though .. might try searching facebook later
