Found something valuable.. Do I return it?

So... After I got a haircut today, I found an Itouch in the parking lot. I'm not exactly on how to check it belongs to. If I find out on who it belongs to, should I return it?

    Updated:

I found it around 2:30 P.M. (pacific) on August 11th, 2010. It had NO battery left and it was hot as fuck. No information including an e-mail was on it.

You can keep it if you want it... It's not really a hard choice you either want to keep it or you don't want to. Sythe.org is not your conscious.

Try checking the notes or contacts for emails/phone numbers/addresses and contact them asking if they know anybody who lost an iTouch.

You should return it. Stealing is not the right choice.

    Hell no! Keep it!
You found it, it's not like you went in the guys bag and took it. If he tries to say you stole it, punch him and haul ass.

I'm being completely serious by the way.

No, because he wouldn't know WHO stole it.

He found it. Not stealing. That means someone lost it.

I would rather it was returned to me. But that's not up to me and I'm not foolish enough to lose something that valuable.

So, you're right because you say you are? An opinion can't be right.

Really??! you're being serious?!, Obviously your not serious about human morals..

Plug the iPod into a computer, on iTunes it will tell you (if it is) who' its registered to.

It really depends on your own morals, obviously, the honest and right thing to do is hand it in, However, keeping it for yourself may not be a problem,

    Think about this, though.

Would you expect someone to hand in your iPod Touch if you lost yours? Imagine how much its worth, and how upset he/she'll be over losing it.

But there's the chance of the owner being a spoilt brat who gets whatever he wants.

The owner would have to prove the apps he had on it and the songs as well. :D Please stop spamming.

How is this spam? I'm explaining what I think. Some people can't remember things like songs and apps on their iTouch or they could make it up.
