It should be compatible with any standard desktop computer / gaming PC. I've never liked the "power supply on the bottom" models as they tend to trap dust and heat.

I've worked in IT and IT engineering for five years now, AV engineering for five prior.

The dust isn't the biggest concern with this case. If you open the case and spray compressed air in it to blow out the dust every couple of months it should be fine. The issue is the thermal-dynamics. Heat rises and power supply fans suck in air to cool the supply. They blow the hot air into the case. Heat rises, so that hot air is rising over the graphics card and CPU, and is essentially trapped in the case until blown out. To reduce this effect, you want intake fans on the side of the case and front, and exhaust fans on the top of the case and upper back. You want as many fans as this case can fit into it.

That case is power supply on the top, yes. Most computers you can let run 24/7, you just gotta keep the dust cleaned out of them. That looks like a solid case, I think it'd be better with top fan vents.

    Here's the cases I use:
    xClio Windtunnel
    xClio A380BK

And on a budget: Rosewill Challenger-U3.

The case you picked has very solid reviews, so it should hold up for most medium level gaming rigs.

If you want more LED's, check out cold cathode tubes or LED fans. And for USBs, you can buy a simple USB hub from any parts store for about 20 bucks to expand USB slots. You cannot make a side transparent on the Rosewill case without a saw, some plastic, and a knowledge of craftsmanship.
