    If you decide to download it, run it in a VM or in a sandbox (eg sandboxy ;) )

    Also, scan with virustotal :)

    I wouldn't have downloaded that. But if you really need it scan it before you use it.
    I use McAfee And it works great to see viruses. Try to see if you find the same download on any site you think is a bit more "legit" with comments and stuff so you can see what others have experienced.

    Don't download anything you question. If you really want to know if it's safe if you have a spare computer you don't care for download it and do what the ^ have said and scan it.
