Level 68 staker with Chaotic Rapier - opinons?

So, guys I've started trying to sell my would be staker, but I have a few questions. As of right now, his stats aren't great (besides 80 dunge) and if I sell him now that's pretty much the only thing of note. Do you think it would be worth it to level some of his stats and try to sell him for more, or could I get a decent price the way he is? Keep in mind that my reason for selling is I don't have enough time to make him super badass, so don't suggest I max him and then sell lol.

Also, I'd love some opinions on what you guys think he is worth as of right now.
