GoldSale False Ban, again..

So here's what happened, "Kurdistan" Wanted to buy the pure of me, he contacted me on skype saying
He's going to pay by Paypal, he kept talking and getting off topic & wasting my time until i told him
"Do you want to buy this or not" he then said but his Paypal isn't "Verfied yet" and that it will be
Verified on Monday. So Monday has arrived and we were talking and he kept going around the subject and
wasting my time until i told him if you keep not answering and ignoring then please stop wasting my
Time.He then sent a 100$ after, i went to get my paper with the account details, which took like 10min
After that when i was back i found out that he has already charged back his payment,i offered him right
away to give the account but he refused.

Here is proof the Money was disputed right away, upon the first 5 minutes of him sending the 100$.

Proof i didn't send the Money to ANYONE, and it is held by Paypal.

When i offered him to refund, he had already charged back. Therefor i could not refund him due to
Paypal Holding the money until they investigate the case.

By Verified Paypal and after long hours of ignoring me, i asked him weather his paypal is verified
