How much water do you drink a day?

The daily recommended intake is 2 litres but some days this is hard to accomplish. I would say I drink about 1 litre throughout the day and then right before I hit the sack at 11pm I would have another litre. Sorry if this gets confusing for people, just tell us how many ounces

I drink beer, not water. Around 2 pints on average.

 

I drink 4l per day easy.

 

I drink quite a lot of Water every day, probably not 2L, but enough.

 

From 2-5 500ml water bottles a day

 

Considering I removed all forms of sugary drinks from my diet and my massive water consumption because of lifting, I'd say about 3.6 liters (I piss at about 100 mph every 30 seconds though, shit is insane. Hyperbole intended).

 

1Litre of water, but I prefer Gatorade/Powerade any day.

Usually on an avarage I drink around 3-4L liquid a day, most of which is water.

 

Between 2-4L, depending on how much I sweat.

in the winter maybe 1L but working outside in the summer probably like 4-5L

 

~1.5L normally and probably 5L or so in the warmer months.

I refuse to go mainstream and drink water(also because it is flavorless)!
I usually drink around a liter of soda a day.

 

All of that is just simply what people have spread around, there is no scientific reasoning behind drinking 2 liters of water a day. You're actually suppose to just drink when you're thirsty.. what a concept.

Anyway, barely any; generally drink tea, but if we're including that probably around 1.5 liters.

 

0L because tap water is very bad for you.
It contains a lot of fluoride and a lot of iron, both of which are bad for you.
It can give you migraines and problems.

1 liter in the winter an 2-3 in the spring/summer. (Including tea)
