How to change IP on Runescape?

How can I change my IP that I log in to Runescape with.

I've tried using a VPN, & proxy.

Edit: I tried Expat, could you name a few?

I'm not trying to change the localhost. I'm trying to change the actual IP.

 

First, why are you trying to change your I.P address? Are you trying to hide it or change it from Jagex? Other than using a different internet connection or connecting through a VPN/Proxy (Like you said you tried) there isn't really anyway. If you have a Dynamic I.P you can try resetting your router but it doesn't really change it that much.

A VPN should do the trick. Perhaps you're not using the software correctly?
Once it says you're connected, check your IP Address on a site like http://www.ip-adress.com/ to make sure your IP has changed.

I use paid-for versions of these VPNs, but I think they also have free versions, with limitations. Perhaps give one of those a try?

why using programs? if it's too hard for you, just look for a public proxy ip and change it in firefox

You can try Cyberghost like Sonic said, it is easy to understand also a free version to try it before you buy it. I got the paid version of it.

 

That doesn't redirect any of Runescape's (while actually playing the game) traffic. Just use the VPN's above - they both have a how-to guide on their website.

You could also change your IP by changing your Mac-Adress if I'm right ;S

 

Restart your modem and leave it off for a minute if you have a dynamic IP address.
